Are You Stressed Out?
Stress is the body’s reaction to change, and your body can react to it physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over prolonged periods of time, stress can have negative effects on your body, such as headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and trouble sleeping.
Remember to take time to assess your own well-being. Recognizing that you’re stressed—and that it may be time to take a step back—can help you begin to minimize stress and its negative effects.
